This Privacy Policy describes how Nook Finds ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nookfinds.com (the "Site").

What we collect

• Email, only if you sign up for our newsletter.
• Aggregated visit data — pages viewed, country (derived from request headers, never the IP itself), referrer, user agent. We use this to improve the catalog and understand which finds resonate.
• Outbound click events — when you click an Amazon link from the Site, we record which product you clicked, from which surface (homepage, category page, etc.), referrer, and your country. We do not record IP, full user agent, or any personally identifying detail.

Why we collect it

• To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To understand which products and categories are useful and improve the curation.
• To attribute outbound clicks to the surfaces that drove them, so we can prioritize what works.

Who we share it with

• Vercel hosts the Site and processes request metadata as part of normal HTTP traffic.
• Supabase stores the data above on our behalf.
• Resend handles newsletter delivery.
• Amazon receives standard browser referrer information when you click through to a product page (this is how affiliate attribution works).

We do not sell your data.

Cookies

The Site uses minimal cookies for session management. Amazon may set cookies on its own domain when you click through; those are governed by Amazon's privacy policy.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU, the UK, or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (in practice, for nookfinds.com, that means your newsletter email). Email nookfindsco@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
